There is a GT-40 that uses a VW chassis but i wouldn't recommmend it cause VW chassis are not very good. Also, the kit car world is over loaded with ******* 355 kits, their like an infections. No one has ever completed a Mclaren kit, that has posted it. I dont think you'll find a Enzo replica cause they are so new and all. The same for the Saleen S7. Your best bet would ne the ******* 355 replica, here ae a few sites.

www.b-bspyder.com(their kits require no strecthing)
www.fierofactory.com ( i dont this company sells them anymore cause they got in some trouble with ******* and all.)

There are quite a few GT40 replicas out there.

turnkey:
($250K) http://www.holmanmoody.com/gt40/gt40home.htm

turnkey-minus:
($62K) http://www.cavgt.com/ RECOMMENDED

kits:
($62K) http://www.gt40australia.com/
($55K) http://www.erareplicas.com/ RECOMMENDED
($42K) http://www.roaringforties.com.au/ NOT Recommended
($40K) http://www.gtdsupercars.com/
($35K) http://www.tornadosportscars.com/
($17K) http://www.lonestarclassics.com/ *
($??K) http://www.gt3roadster.com/
($15K) http://www.cobratrader.com/ **
($13K) http://www.gt40.co.nz/ RECOMMENDED

* Does not use Ford V8 motor; option of Mazda or VW power.
** My car - th M40 - is not on the market yet. It is the only 'single donor' kit on the list (donors run $1K to $4K).

If you're looking at a GT40, you really ought to look at the NZ GT40; I've heard nothing but good things about it.

Your pal,
Meat.
