If I can get enough interest I am looking at producing a replica of the DAD Bond car.

I am looking at approx $8000 US each (paid in installments, as the project progresses). Kit would include body, doors, boot, bonnet, dash, door inserts to be based on an existing donor vehicle.

E-mail me if you are interested for further details (performance_kitcars@yahoo.co.uk)

What kind of background do you have in kit cars? Fiberglass work? Do you have a website?

No offense, but you're asking for $8K from a yahoo account...

Your pal,

Fair comment Meat.

I am relatively new to the Kitcar industry, so far I have built and sold a MR2 - F355 re-body (which was sold last summer).

The car was finished to the highest possible standard, but I am a perfectionist and I was not happy with the overall look at all, hence selling it.

I then decided to build something which is not readily available, therefore I can set the standard, quality and accuracy.

I have been researching and speaking to many different companies, so I can outsource all the work to the best company available. I have only played with basic mechanics and fibre-glass, so I didn't think it was the right time to start practicing with a project as large as this.

Obviously, the advantage of placing an order now is that if enough people are interested I can keep the price down (possibly lower than $8000 dependant on numbers), people would be kept up to date on a weekly basis and pictures would be sent of how the process is coming along.

Anyway, I have probably bored you all enough by now.

I hope there is still some interest.

Regards

Kris. P.
