Are you talking about a rebody or a full custom kit?I don't know of any full custom kits for the Stealth (although it was one of my favorite cars for awhile).
The only issue with a rebody is, of course, that the 308 is a mid-engined car, and the Stealth/3000 is a front-engined car. The nose is too long and too tall to effectively be made to resemble the 308. That doesn't mean that it can't be a great base for one of the front-engined *******s. Like the 550 (which, BTW, has a cockpit that looks pretty similar...).
