Aloha,

I am interested in this kit, however, I know very little about it or other manufacturers of the 250 GT replicas. I would like to know if anyone else has completed or bought one of these cars. How is construction? Is it well done or slapped together? What would you rate the authenticity at?

I have done a search for this and there does not seem to be very many people interested in this car. If anyone can help out, that would be great.

aloha,
Joel

Check out the general messages forum. Under CalSpyder.

Like I said there, the replica isn't very accurate. Dimensions are worng compared to the original, bonnet, front, etc. It passes for a resemblance but is not an accurate replica of the 250 GT California Spyder.

I was looking into making a replica of the SWB, maybe I will one day, but another project got to me first.

I did do a fair bit of research, mail me if you want more info.
