Hi,

I am in the process of finishing a ******* Testarossa Kit and in my final process I would like to ask to the Kitcar GURUs the following question:
1. How can I make the side strakes that goes on the door and quarter panels?
2. What material should I use?
3. How do I mount them to the door and quarter panels?

Any advise will be greatly appreciated. By the way, I don't know if this is permitted in the site, but I have an extra set of front fenders and front bumper for sale if anyone need them.

Thanks.

I own an IFG TR kit from back in the day and they used sheet metal and bent it into the desired look.. Other companies use lexan or other plastic materials. This made it easy to cut, but didn't take the paint as well as the sheet metal.

I would recommend you use the internet and get as many pics as possible then try to copy it the best you can..

To get them to line up straight, you will need to take a yard stick or something and draw a straight line on the body use as a guide..Those lines will make or break the look of your TR..
Please post pics with your progress....
