I was wondering if all 3rd generations Mazda RX-7 were twin turbo or are there some RX7 that don't come with twin turbo. I just want to make sure before I even think about buying one. And if there is some rx7 that don't come with twin turbo please tell me so I could Avoid buying a non-twin turbo RX7

yes all stock 3rd gen RX-7s have TT, unless someone has put a V8 in it , which they would tell you. and then some take them out and put 1 greddy aftermarket turbo in the place of the 2 stock, but when buying a rx-7 they would have to tell you all of this. i dont *think* all 2nd gen had turbos but i hadnt looked into 2gens that much, hope this helps... and if any 1 else knows anything more about this than me please post... its been while since i had thought about buying a Rx-7 hope it helps Matt

All 3rd generation RX-7's have the twin turbo. The 2nd generation model has it an an option. If you see a 2nd generation RX-7 with a hood scoop, then it is a turbo. The 1st generation RX-7 did not offer a turbo version.

Eh there..sorry 355lover..what he said was right.to a point, there r factory turbo 1st gen turbo 12a..now the problem was that they were only for the asia market,,i dont know how but a bunch hav made it to the U.S shores and the thing that really gets me is that they r expensive for a factory turbo car
