I believe that this kit was at Knotts a year or two ago. Because I was too busy hanging out with Curt Scott and the Cobra wackos, I didn't really take the time to look into the kit. I did get some pictures of it, and filed them away. I'll see if I can find them for you.I did get to see the Honda Goldwing conversion kit, as I was helping a friend get a new bike. It looked good, and the seller said that he did get everything when promised, and assembly was straight-forward. I don't know how that translates to their car, but I would hope that the service translates from one product to the other.
Knotts is coming up here in a few months. If the car is there, I'll get you all of the info I can on it.
In the meantime, Porsche 914 conversions just came up in another thread. Here are two other options for you. I know nothing about the ******* replica, but have checked out the 9014, and would like to do one at some point:
