I'm in the unfortunate position that I live in a beautiful, peaceful country, but with Dictators responsible for vehicle registration. It's completely impossible to get a car through inspection if it hasn't got an EU mark on it. The only way to get a self built car approved, is if it has the chassis of an original car, as the Ford Sierra or some other. I've searched the web, but I can only find kits that are made from scratch, with bodywork based on a new chassis. So my question is; where can I find a list of kit makers that use existing cassis as the basis for their kits? I'm especially interested in Cobra replicas and GT 40 replicas, but and information would be appriciated.
