hey... i saw a porsche kit on ebay one time and it was a replica of a porsche GT2, it was built on a 70s porsche and the auction also had their website... they said they could build porsche GT2s on old porsches... the prices were reasonable but now i can not find the site! does any 1 know of the site or any porsche replica site (aside from the speedsters, spyders, and GTs) and i know its been said a 100 times.. "if you want a porsche ya might as well buy one" but still truning a 70s 911 into a 2003 911 GT2 is a great idea and i dont see why it hasnt caught on... id be thankful for any help

I've seen the kit you are referring to but I don't remeber the site either. I was disappointed in the kit however. The roof line of the older 911's is nothing like the new roof. If you are going to do a conversion I would go with a 993 instead of a 996. There are several good posts on this in a previous message on this board. www.betterbodiesmotorsports.com and www.jacquemond.com are my favorites.
