Can you put a Nova/Sterling on anything besides a VW chassis? Would be nice to have a V8.

Mitch,
Surely you've heard of Kennedy Engineering? They make all kinds of adapters for the VW transaxle. I've heard of people custom building tube chassis' for Sterlings, also. I'm still trying to find one on the East Coast for sale!

Mitch,

There are actually several companies outside the US that are building Sterlings with tube frames. If you go to Rick's website (the last guy posted) www.sterlingcentral.com I believe he has a complete listing. Meanwhile, my partner and I along with Rick's help are working on a new design for the Sterling that will incorporate both a better powertrain and tubeframe design, and yet, still remind you of the old. What can I say, just like Ford, Chrysler and Volkswagon have jumped onto Peter Allan's the bandwagon... "Everything old is new again!" Talk to you later and I will keep you posted on the cars progress.
