Well, there's not much you can do with it if it's already mounted; that would mean that the kit was designed for a non-stretched Fiero.The biggest difference that I notice between the stretched and non-stretched Fiero Countach is the placement of the rear wheel (well, duh!). The short Countach has the wheel much closer to the cockpit, which means that there's a bit longer overhang at the rear end. This translates to a more gentle slope up from the wheelwell to the rear facia. A real Countach has a slightly more abbreviated end.

So, in conclusion, there's nothing you can do with the car you've currently got. The best thing you could do with it is to enjoy it. It's easy to insure, it's easy to repair, and it's a heck of a good looking car! I have always liked the Countach, but I have found that the doors and the roof are areas that are just too much work for me!
