Okay, that's not exactly what I meant. If you want to build a Countach or a Diablo, you can use a Fiero or an MR2. If you want a ******* replica, you can use an MR2, F-body, or Fiero. If you want to build a Hummer replica you can use a Suburban, a full-size single-cab long-bed pickup truck, or a VW bug. If you want to build a Porsche, you can use a VW. If you want to build a Cobra you can use a Mustang, parts of a Chevette, a Corvette, a Thunderbird, an early Z, a ZX or a Cimmaron. If you want to build a GT40, you can get a kit that uses a VW, an MR2, a Fiero, or an Audi. If you want to build a Track-T, you need a Mazda B2000 pickup truck. If you want to build a '32 Ford, you need a Corvette. If you want to build a T-Bucket, you need a Camaro, Corvette or Firebird. If you want to build a Tucker Torpedo, you need a full-sized Chevy Caprice. If you want to build a 63 Corvette you need a Buick Regal. If you want to build a ******* 250GT California, you need a Miata, a Z, or a Mustang II. If you want to build a 3/4 scale Highboy, you need a Honda Goldwing. If you want to build a '57 Chevy, you need a full size pickup truck. If you want to build a mid-size Hummer, you need a Nissan of Toyota pickup truck. If you want to build a 50s-style Woodie, you need a full size suburban. If you want to build a P51 Mustang replica, you need a VW. If you want to build a Manta Ray, you need a Miata. If you want to build a Cobra, you need a Miata. If you want to build a small Viper, you need a Miata. If you want to build a full size Viper, you need a Corvette. If you want to build a McLaren, you need an old MR2. If you want to build a Saleen S7, you need a Fiero. If you want to build a German halftrack, you need a John Deere tractor. If you want to build a Bugatti Type 35, you need a Jaguar. If you want to build a half-size Caterpiller earth mover, you need a Bobcat. If you want to build a Lister, you need a Corvette. If you want to build a Testarossa, you need a Fiero, an MR2, a ******* 308, or a Corvette. If you want to build a 308, you need a Fiero, a Trans Am or an MR2. If you want to build a ******* GTO, you need a ******* 308. If you want to build a Cobra Daytona, you need a Mustang or a 180ZX. If you want to build a Shelby Series One, you need a 300ZX or a Corvette. So, again, I ask, "donor cars for what?" Your pal, Meat.

Meat:Do you know anything about luxury Kit cars like this one(2001 Bentley Azure) I found. Do they sell these kits anywhere? My brother is interested in making one, if they sell them somewhere. If someone does about approximately how much would it cost? http://community-2.webtv.net/JOVILTD/JOVILTDKITCARSFOR/

Meat, The ultimate doner would be a 308 to build a Testarossa. I am building a 512 using a 1991 Firebird for a doner car. It will be the most realastic one around, but it is not a mid engine. It will look kind of like a Hot Wheels version of the Testarossa. Would you have to do a stretch on a MR2? In pics, the 1990's version looks long enough but the specs arn't right ie: wheelbase, lenth. Best, F-Body Testarossa

I can't find any information at all about that Bentley replica. I looked at it, and I can't figure out how they did that. It's a pretty trick looking replica - As far as I know, the Olds Cutlass Convertible had the door handles on the 'sport bar,' so how they got them down on the body is something I'd like to know. I'll keep looking, because it would certainly be a neat kit. Just as a heads-up, though, Jovi is on the kitcar.com consumer alert page (interestingly, the guy looking for info on other Jovi customers seems like he might be a Oldsmobile fan; his email is: superoldz@aol.com) Your pal, Meat.
