I would really love to get involved in kit cars. I however have no idea where i can order unassembled kits from. I would like to build a replica gullwing or old *******, however i dont know if this is possible. If it is possible would the recommended body come with the kit or would i have to find it. Open your wallet VERY wide. I mean VERY wide. Add a second wallet if you can't do bodywork and/or paint.
If you looking to get into kits I highly suggest you search craigslist for a used kit. if you like gullwings the Bradley GTII is a pretty easy kit to rehab(just realize the windshield is unoque to the car....bad windshield = bad deal).
If you can't rehab a kit you can't build one from new...plus its about 1/5th the cost.
