There are very few companies out there that offer Porsche kits out there. Mike over at The Car Factory (www.kitcar.cc) offers a really nice GT . And there is a guy at world class exotics http://www.worldclas***otics.com/gt1.htm That offers a GT1.

I did want to point out the World Class Exotics has been talked about several times on this and other forums. Some say they are no good others say they are ok.

Be sure to do your home work no matter what kit you are looking at. Also feel free to post more questions in the forum. There are a bunch of guys with years of knowledge in the biz.

Mike is located in Micco Florida. I also believe Mike has everything listed thats included on his site.

I did want to say watch what you say. I know you think it does not look all that difficult, but there is a reason you see more partial kits for sale then completed ones. I have heard from people who were sell proclaimed "experts" and really fast they found out that it was not all that easy.

as far as carkitinc goes I have not personally dealt with them. I do believe there was some issues with them regarding using images that were not theirs, or something. But I can look into it a bit more. If you want the GT kit do yorself a favor and use Mike.

And before you purchase anything ask, ask, and ask more questions. Feel free to contact me or post on the forum with any questions you have.

Mike is far from a fly by night guy. I have had a chance to visit his shop here in Florida and see his work. Not to mention Mike is a top notch guy. His cars have been featured in many issues of kit car mags, as well as TV shows

I am not sure why his site is down but send him an email at KitCarMike[@]mac.com (remove the []) or you can call him at 321-431-8120
