Mike is located in Micco Florida. I also believe Mike has everything listed thats included on his site.I did want to say watch what you say. I know you think it does not look all that difficult, but there is a reason you see more partial kits for sale then completed ones. I have heard from people who were sell proclaimed "experts" and really fast they found out that it was not all that easy.
as far as carkitinc goes I have not personally dealt with them. I do believe there was some issues with them regarding using images that were not theirs, or something. But I can look into it a bit more. If you want the GT kit do yorself a favor and use Mike.
