The distance from the road to the left (top) wheel opening is about .75 inches off from the right side. I added shims to the left rear block, but now the door cut is off.

I was thinking about adding a shim under the driver door between the frame and the glass body to relieve any strain and re align the body.

This is an old Miami built replica. I did not see any mechanical issues under the carriage. Right side seems to look like the left side, so shimming seemed the logical choice.

Anyone have any instructions?

I'm not familiar with that particular kit, but it sounds to me like the chassis is tweaked a little. Can you do a diagonall measurement from frame head to shock tower (or any other known point) to see if it's off at all?

I agree with you Rick. It seems like the chassis is tweaked a little. I also had similar problem on this before.
