What's the issue - who manufactured it? Looks like it might be a CMC car, but there were quite a few manufacturers who made Jag replicas back in the day. I would think that a manufacturer mark would be either on the firewall or up under the dashboard, but does it make a difference for a prospective buyer?
As for the VIN plate...it may not have one. Depending on how New Mexico registers it's cars, even if it's registered as a Jag, they may still be running the Ford VIN, which is long gone with the donor car. Backtrack a little and look around the engine compartment and on the engine itself. If a new VIN was issued, it would probably be in a place very hard to get to.

cool thanks yes several people were asking who the manufacture of the car was and several people were wanting to see the vin plate which i have looked everywhere i can think of and haven't found one i am guessing it doesn't have one

Eagle Coachworks out of Buffalo,NY did quite a few of these as did Antique & Classics. www.acautos.com is the later site. Check the frame rail near the engine. When my dad did one in the 80s he had 2 put on .. one on the frame rail and one near the steering column.
