No, you can't buy a production car (or truck) as a kit from the manufacturer.Kit cars are primarily fiberglass replicas of cars that are made of unobtainum; cars that people generally can't afford - like a $300,000+ GT40 or a $200,000 427 S/C Cobra. Kit cars usually come in three flavors; kits, TKMs (turn key-minus) and rebodies.
