Has anyone on this forum had any experience or insight in making a custop intake manifold out of composite? I will cover the heat riser from the head with a metal plate so I am guessing that the manifold should not get any hotter than 300 degrees. I guess it isn't necessary to use carbon fiber as fiberglass is okay at that temp range. I know that I will need to use an Epoxy resin but I am not sure which would be best. Any help?
