Hello sniper how are you my name is Harry from Luxurykit.com, my advise to you is change the fan clutch and install a brand new dealer fan clutch also change the fan try not to be stingy about spending money since you have a nise car, after doing all of the above get a after market fan and install it from outside the radiator, and that should help alot also what i would advise you see if you can get a bigger radiator for it and flush the system completely, and do not ad water try to ad just antifreeze only, all of the above should take care of the problems that you are having, and if you are in los angeles i have a shop that you can bring in your car and i will be happy to look at it see if i can help you with it. good luck From www.luxurykit.com 1 818 339 3459

If you read his topic you will see he is the owner of a Countach. He has either a twin mini radiator setup on each side of the engine or a conventional radiator in front. Some Countach owners purchase mini formula 1 radiators or the original Countach radiators. Since he states the use of a conventional Camaro radiator that eliminates the use of a fan clutch! The manufactures of ethylene glycol (anti-freeze) state that for maximum performance and cooling a 50-50 mixture is best for maximum thermal transfer and maximum life of the chemical! Ideally, for a Countach you want a 4 core radiator, a twin PULLER electric fan with a minimum of 2000 cfm flow rate. A chrysler after market water pump as sold by renegade hybrids. A 180 deg thermostat with 3 3/16 holes drilled around the perimeter of the thermostat. See my response to Sniper re: trouble with cooling!
