hi, i want to ask and get your opinion about the kits. I ussualy making some small project for boats, custom bumpers and etc.I've seen this changed limousines a while ago. Its usually Lincoln town car limo 1991-1997 and the front and back is changed to Royce Royce Phanom or Bentley. I also made some project that its compatibile with lincoln town car so U even don't have to cut frame. I called few guys and ussualy they ask about 4000-5000$ for this kit.I can make the same kit for half of it. I was wondering what do u think. if its worth to start making this kind of kits? Thanks or your posts artuhrebay@yahoo.com

The only way to gauge interest is to make one and try to market it. One company is already doing that, I think (www.luxurykit.com), but you have to be realistic about it, too. Sure you can make the kit for less than what they sell them for, but would you make money doing that? Sometimes it's not worth putting in a weeks worth of labor into a project to recoup a couple hundred bucks.
