After doing some research im stuck in between what trike to built. I need something thats fast and cheap to make. Its between the Xzilarator and the Tri-Magnum. Does anyone have any suggestions and advice with working with these plans and the company.

No contest. They both are scratch built bikes, so it's entirely up to you which one. The Tri-Mag is a tried and true design; the Xzilarator has no such track record yet. But fast and cheap? There is no such thing in the kit world.

personaly i'm not fond of either kit, the one with the closed cabin looks straight out of the 80s while the open frame one looks like it would be heavy with such a bulky frame. i saw a trike in town here that was beautiful, it was a roadster design and more modern looking, i wish i knew where to get it sorry im not much help

There's actually a pretty good site: http://reversetrike.com/home.html that has a lot of the current kits and production vehicles listed.
