Robert,Saw your video on youtube, very nice work, looks like fun.. You and your team are very skilled. I am came close to winning a bid on a Bentley Spur kit on Ebay, Item number: 120093001751, however got sniped at the very end. I would like to take your approach and hand-build my own kit, is there any easy to sculpt vehicles you can think of as a starting point. I will try to post my progress on the forum. If anyone is near Baltimore and wants to team up, message me. Cheers, Jason

Hey I hope this offer is still on the table. Im going to be working on a project this summer and im trying to get everything all sorted out. I was going to order a kit but I am having second thoughts but I have an idea for a kit I wanna make myself. I already have a chassis and an idea. I will make plywood cross section formers and use foam and when its all molded fiberglass over it. My question is should I use 2 layers of 6oz fiberglass cloth or something else? Do you recommend epoxy or polyester. Also how are the roof and pillars supported, I would imagine fiberglass along will not be strong enough?
