Closest I have seen is the ******* 250 GTO. A pretty inexpensive kit as far as kits go based on a Datsun Z.

have yet to see one..but of you are a hand person...you must be you are looking for kitcars ... precision engineering does a convertible California spyder if you are brave i recon it could be converted.
