I am currently considering a bike engined installation in a 7 style kit. I have talked to different people about the common engines used such as the fireblade, ZX9R, Blackbird ....etc. All of these engines are straight 4 cylinders and lend themselves well to car installations. I was wondering if anyone has used an engine from a Honda Firestorm, Suzuki TL1000S/R or any other V twin sports bike? These engines have a lot more torque than the usual staright 4's and also sound the dogs B*****ks. I can also see advantages for the exhaust system (only 2 outlets i.e simpler to make).
