has anyone ever seen this guys work? HE had his ads delisted from ebay, so I thought I would see what the crew here knows.

I realize being de-listed and having your ebay membership cancelled is a big deal, and should say FRAUD all over it, but I thought I would ask here, since he has a car for sale here
