Hello everyone, Im not sure if anyone remembers me, exactly 1 year ago, i purchased a kit car from a builder on this site (no names will be mentioned), and the nightmare began. Now, one year to the date later, shes ready! I gave up my dream of a murcielago, and went with a reputable and all around great guy, THE GREEK out of Pennsylvania. BELIEVE ME, i checked everyone! I mean everyone! I am proud to say, the wait was worth it, and if anyone is interested, i will send pics of my gorgeous vehicle. i am in the process of having him build a diablo roadster, and will keep anyone interested updated, I BET YOU MISSED ME! Hey kit car guy, hopefully you have your car too, if anyone wants a good CLEAN HONEST BUILDER, there is no one better, DEMETRIOS THE GREEK AT EXOTIC ILLUSIONS CAME THROUGH! |

Robert-nice to hear that you are still alive and well, how is the mcclaren? Thanks for your offers of help last time, i greatly appreciate it! Yes, i went to demetrios out of pennsylvania on the advice of kurt scott, and it was by far the best thing i ever did. He sent pictures the whole time, even when something went wrong, he explained everything in detail, including me the entire time. i now have a complete album from beginning to end. he was honest, knowledgeable, and allowed me to help build it from the get go. IF ANYONE IS THINKING FOR PURCHASING a kitcar, and believe me, i have more experience that i ever wanted, if you go to people because it looks good on the internet, and YOU THINK THE PRICE IS GOOD, think again, your in for a nightmare!!!!!

Robert-would love to keep up on your progress, good luck to you! This is in regards to panteras comments, I don't know what you mean by a 20 yr old f-car, but i can tell you this, i paid darn good money for what was suppose to be a brand new murcielago kit, new body style, looked great in photos, what i received was a hunk of @#$#! I would rather have a well made, great running 20 yr old body style, (brand new engine and parts, not a dash that falls off in your lap when you first sit in it) beautiful car than a brand new 2005 murcielago kitcar that is just a piece of crap! |

Glad to see it worked out for you. And like everyone I will also agree that the Greek is by far one of the best in the biz. I would love to see pics of the new ride.www.kitcar.ws |

kit car guy, great to hear from you! hope all is well, what are your projects now? Yes, i changed my body sytle choice, and it was the best decision. i was worried after what i went through, can't believe the people who give the industry a bad name are still operating, doesn't anyone listen or do their homework? i guess i didn't do it either the first time, anyway, i would love to post pics, but keep trying and cant get them attached, how do i post them![]() |

Lets just say im gathering parts for a winter project..lol something original. I cant get into specifics to much (because i really dont know)hahaI can say Tube chassis rear engine/rear wheel drive. Most likely powered by a Supercharged Ecotec. Thats really all I know..lol I have a body idea as well. This will strictly be a one off/one of a kind car. I will do a complete build dairy and if im so inclined maybe put some plans together as well. IF you need me to post the pics feel free to email them to me. Cant wait to see them www.kitcar.ws |

Well I have had a few in the past year. mainly VW based. They were nothing unusual or exciting enough to get loads of pictures . Im hoping this new project can be started over the winter sometime, but who knows.www.kitcar.ws |
