A few years ago I had an idea. My design transformed a Mazda MX5 (Miata) into something that looked similar to an Aston Martin style roadster. I even had my design appear in a European tuning magazine around 2002 but nothing more ever more happened after that, until now.I am pleased to say that someone has actually revived my old idea and is now producing a rebody kit that turns an MX5 (Miata) series 1 into a scaled down version of an Aston Martin Vanquish convertible. The car is called the AMX07 "Baby Aston" and is produced in Australia. The kits cost around $10.000 ($AUS. I think) and the finished car looks pretty cool
This must be one of the best ways to bring back life to an old Mazda.
