I have a replica of a 1953 MG TD Grand Duchess. It was manufactured by Classic Roadsters of Fargo, ND, who are now out of business. Therefore the car is no longer made. It was manufactured in 1982 and assembled by the manufacturer. It is a "trophy" car and is well constructed. It only has about 3700 miles on it, so it is like new and is in "mint" condition. What is the value of this car? Anyone know?

The value is whatever you feel its worth. Look around this site as well as Ebay and see what your type of car is going for. The fact that the company is out of business really means nothing.

But was classic roadsters recently purchased? within a year or something. http://www.classicroadsters.com/ Is it the same one? I do know they were based out of Fargo.

Yes, it was. The assets and name were purchased by the group whose web site you listed. They changed it to Classic Roadsters II. I may try to check with them again. I did check with them last summer, although they never actually made the car so that is still problematic. I did check ebay and did not find anything close. Perhaps I did not look in the right places. The closest I could come was to a 1952 replica but I think it was manufactured at an earlier date then mine and was missing some key features. It was white and mine is dark green and much nicer looking AND remember the low mileage. It was a show car for parades and such. Appreciate the suggestions, however. Anyone else have any?

I just bought a classic roadsters duchess and I can't find the dimmer switch for the headlights! Can you help me out?
