I have recently brought my first kit car an eagle ss but have not documentation with it as it has been in a farmers shed for years can anybody tell me where the chasis number is please.

Ritter,
It's probably on an Beetle chassis, though some Eagles had custom tube frames made. If it's a Beetle chassis, the VIN will be on top of the tunnel, behind the seats near the firewall. Look for where the floorpans start to widen back out and round out at the corners, that way you'll know you're in the right area. And join up with www.nova-international.net for a better selection of Eagle and Nova owners.
