I've been looking at the ******* 355 kits for a 2gen MR2 i must say they look good. I was wondering 3 things does the frame need to be streched like a fiero and is there a interior kit for the car. Most the kits i've seen for it are just exterior. And how do you lambo/******* kit owners get the sound of a real car? I've herd that simply shelling out the money for a muffler and a almost undrestriced exhaust come close.

well, you will never exactly mach the sound, but why not go and see a exhause specialist that specialises in them, another option is that you rebuild the engine with some ******* parts lol, but that might cost a lot more.

The sound will never be the same using ******* parts, even genuine exhausts will never get the real sound. You can get a really sporty sounding engine which people wont even think is a fake but if you put it next to a rear car & rev them both they will be different.

People at the kit shows spot other differences such as the smaller discs or differences with the interior, but I have never heard anyone comment about the engine sounding wrong, even on the days where the cars use the tracks at the shows.
