I was wondering if there's a replica kit out there for the Bentley Continental GT? If not, could someone PLEASE give me some pointers as to how I can go about building one from scratch?

nah not that car. I think the best body to use for the Bentley Continental GT would be the Mercedes CLK body. I think that would be the best one if you want to go with a cheaper car then I would say a 1994 through 1999 Buick Riviera
