I remember that kit!, its based on its own custom chassis using MR2 parts and its selling for under 50k. You could easly convert that into a Mclaren F1!.why are repilcas so expensive?! |

That center drive car is a one off kit called the Stalker. It was built by Jim Michaud in Phoenix Arizona. It's a highly modified Diablo body. I'm not aware of any plans to produce a kit.Rick Lord http://www.kingdomcustoms.com |

A gentleman named Gary Paz has a very authentic looking McLaren F1. You can view it at www.apexvintageracing.com. Marauder Cars of Michigan also had a nice McLaren replica, but the company's future was somewhat uncertain after the death of it's owner, Randy Berry. Try their website at www.kitcars.com/marauder.

These are not McLaren F1 replicas. They are McLaren M-6. A completely different car all together. I have no idea how anyone can get the two mixed up!!

How much do you plan to sell the car once it is completed and how much horsepower do you plan to put in the engine?

robert, it seems i missed a good conversation with the other topic. someone must have mentioned the car from italy too much. my wife loved the pic of the yellow car she has a 330ci she just got and said either make some progress on the lambo or the bmw goes in. hurry dude. i will shout at you later on in the week. my schedule has gotten out of control with work and school. hey whats the going shipping rate from you to me with the gas prices. what are they near you. 3.20$ here. not good for the ford stroker i plan to put in the car.
