I really wish these guys would release the car in the US. Because I was not able to get one I went ahead and just bought a Prowler to keep in the garage until I find another kit that I want to build though that might be some time from now and I don;t see anything really cool on the horizen.

I do think that they will be shipping cars minus engine out to the US as they kind of state below. Not to sure exactly.

The Attack is a kit which needs a single donor Honda Accord made from
1990 to 93, best is sedan.
Everything you need to build a running Attack is just our kit and your
donor vehicle - Accord.
Donor car /Accord/ could be crashed, damaged, flipped over - what ever,
as long as it got a running powertrain.

All pictures and info is on our web site, but these are about the latest
model - Attack based on all new parts from Jaguar-Ford. This vehicle is
for sale for over 60.000 Euro, so I believe you are interested in Kit
Car.
We are not offering the Kit Car officially anymore, just until the time
when the new Attack will be ready for sale in all countries.
We even stop sales through our dealers. There is still lot of literature
out there in hands of our dealers, the main problem why we don't carry
anything is, that we were always delivering these kits to dealers and
distributors, never to public.. Now, dealers are unhappy, since we quit
them all. There is simply no space for them anymore. As upper mentioned,
we don't want to continue with kits any longer, just up to day when we
will start a complete car distribution.
Anyway - I am here and willing to answer all your questions anytime as
well as sending pictures through e-mail if necessary.
There is enclosed exact parts list to this e-mail. That might help you
to understand what you get for your money. Please look at it, so you can
see how big package you are getting - the most complete kit in the whole
world.

We are asking 40% deposit in front on our account. You will get
pro-forma invoice by e-mail and also by regular post.
From receiving the money, you will have your kit ready to go in 14 days
(right now, few are in stock for immediate export)
Crating, handling, paperwork and all other export fees are all included
in price 18.900 US dollars.
Your kit is being loaded on truck to be delivered to German port of
Bremerhaven. As long as we will send you the CMR document (proving truck
export from our factory) and also the filled parts list signed by 3
people from K-1, we are expecting the balance.
As long as the balance is not received within few days, the kit will be
stopped in the port in Germany or in USA.

Ussual transportation time from K-1 to US customer is 15 days.
We can arrange everything up to the port delivery. The price is ussualy
around 1500 USD up to the majority of west coast ports. It is very
possible, that we can arrange even "up to door delivery" and it will be
lot cheaper if arranged from here as one long trip, than a local order
from port to your home in US. As soon as we get the order, I will find
out exact figures for you.
