Hello, The problem is the fiberglass application, when you are rolling the fiberglass you have to eliminate all the air bubbles in each layer and use a sealer before to prime, because each time you work in the paint you reactive the fiberglass. Regards

I love the answers that are offered... It has nothing to do with the fiberglass preparation. Once fiberglass has "gone green" or cured, nothing will re-activate it, not even acetone. That said, your problem is stemming from the release agent used in the mold. If you did not completely wipe the body with a silicone remover or something similar, paint failure will happen, even over a primer. Your only option at this point is to use a chemical stripper and get every last bit of paint off - neutralize the stripper using whatever is suggested on the can - and clean the car again, starting with the silicone remover and moving to acetone to cut anything else left. Do not sand the car to remove the paint - that will drive any contaminants into the fiberglass, then you're screwed. A lot of work, but doing bodywork is never easy.Rick
