I was just wondering if any of the Lambo kits might work with a toyota MR2, seeing as it's a rear engine car like the Fiero. Thanks.

Years ago, there were kits to fit the MR2 Mk1's (80's MR2s).

nothing currently for the Mk2 (90's) MR2's, however, someone is working on one: www.ddrmotorsport.com/about.html" target="_blank">http://www.ddrmotorsport.com/about.html

HOwever, as an MR2 enthusiast, I have to warn you: Prices on used Mk2's are starting to climb, especially for turbos. 90-92 are the most common, 93-95 are most desirable, and are rarer than hens teeth. I know this because I am currently searching for a 93-95 turbo. The reason for all of this is because of the boyricer's out there snapping up everything japanese. MR2's are real sports cars, not like hopped up civics with fart pipes.
Toyota stopped importing MR2s for 96-98 (gen 3), due to lack of sales. They still sold them in Japan however.

no kits for 99-2005 MR2's (Gen 4, or Mk3). However, lots of body kits to change the look of this car, but nothing to make it into a Lambo or ******* replicar.

check www.mr2oc.com to learn all about MR2's

Chris

anyone know if there would be any way to maybe modify the MR2's chassis or a Lambo body so that it would all work together? I wanna use a more modern chassis than the Fiero, without having to build my own. Not to mention I like the engine in the MR2.
