G'day from downunder. I have spent several years developing a LS1 (or LS6) v8 trike which I hope to market as a kit. I have headed in a different direction to most trike designers in that I have kept it as short & as light as possible(11 feet long & under 1700 lbs) I am enclosing most of it with a futuristic looking body. It has been racetrack tested & obviously because of the power to weight ratio, has a bit of get up and go. Anyway, the powers that be in Australia, have moved the goalposts to make it as difficult as possible to licence. It will comply with any emission test, sound test, brake test, centre of gravity test etc. I am asking for any tips or advice on how to go about introducing it to the o/seas market. What do I have to do to comply with your regulations? I appreciate any advice you can offer. Thank you. John |
