I totally restored one from the ground up. What would you like to know? Please don't use all caps.

Come on Mike...don't be like that. If you have someone who has agreed to take the time to help you out, don't make them waste their time by trying to respond to such a broad request. "Everything" will take me hours and hours to respond to. If you looking at a project car let me know. If your about to strip one down, let me know. If you are looking for parts, then let me know. Take the time to formulate your questions intelligently and then ask them. Jeff

So you used a mid-enginnering frame (usually a Tornado drivetrain), into a Fiero body? I would love to see some pictures. Fieros have steel subframes which composite, non-structural body panels are attached, so you really can't just "slide" that frame under a Fiero body. It won't work. Plus I think the wheel base and track width are not even close. I don't think you will gain any type of handling hacking the fiero up.

Well i cut the bottom of the car out including the fire wall and wedded the fram inside, it fit perfect.the only real changes i made were the front end,i used the feiro instead of the vw.You know disc brakes power stearing so fourth. The motor fit perfect about 4 inches past the fire wall,no big deal. The trans is a corvair the car i hope will handle well. Also the weel base on the fram is about 8 inches longer,i think i will just stretch the rear fenders. Thanks mike MIKE |

There is a kelmark forum at yahoo.com with many members who discus all details of the Kelmark with lots of member pictures. For the basics, you can get a Kelmark builders guide on ebay, or one of the Kelmark owners on Yahoo will make you a copy. For details, you have to be specific. I am an owner from the north east USA, but there are members scattered across the country, and a few across the world.Drew
