This is my second post concerning Precision Design and the Calspyder in which Louis Linxwiler jr. advertises. I spent three years and too much money chasing Louis around the country to finish my project. He started in California then moved to Arizonia behind his brother's body shop. His whole business is in a corner of a bodyshop which consist of two stalls. I paid him upfront which was a mistake. I was lucky enough to sell my project for a third of what I had invested. Before you do any business look up state records on this guy. He is not legit. This guy gave me the run around for three years. He will never give references because he never delivers. I was able to stumble upon some past customers with the same expeirence. I recently found out he was building a frame for two customers and would show the frame to each customer with both thinking that was their project. The two guys just met and are puting the pieces together. He also sold my $4500.00 Heidts IRS to some one else. So do not think if you drop ship parts to him you are safe.If you have any questions concerning this post please respond to me so I can warn you before you get taken.

I am interested in anyone building or have dealt with the Cal Spyder from Precision. Actually I am looking for an uncompleted unit that I can finish. Good or bad experiences would be appreciated. I was planning on visiting his new site in Apache Juntion Az at the end of Jan. Saw note about oen bad experience that someone had with him.

I had similar horror story with Robert's Motoring back when I first built my Daytona Sypder. Finally got it done, over 40 1'st place trophies including F______ shows and NCCC corvette shows. Now interested in selling it for around $25k to build a Cal Spyder. Email me at rick.mikulski@hp.com
