I am a new enthusiast to the Kitcar scene … although having autocrossed multiple cars and owned many small/quirky performance classics - I've always been smitten by that occasional Lotus Seven (or Seven Inspired car) that showed up at the autocross and wowed all in attendance. I realize that there are very many Seven style cars out there, from the ultimate Caterhams and bike powered WCW's to the more affordable Locost's that can be propelled by an econo-car motor. My main dilemma isn't finding a kit but building it (or getting it built) and registering it for road use in Northern Virginia. Are there any Seven owners or builders out there ? Anyone who can help me put it together (or build it for me) ? A person familiar with the regs would be even better. Thanks -
