Hello, Does anyone know or have an opinion about who makes the best and most detailed Lamborghini Gallardo replicas/Kitcars? I was looking for someone with the same kind of good reputation that North American Exotic Replica Cars has. I love the detail that they put into their replica interiors. I haven't found anyone else who has paid that same kind of attention to the interior. If anyone has any information on a Gallardo replica with a replica interior as well please let me know! Thanks! |

I also read that the Gallardo has E-Gear transmission. What exactly is E-Gear?

its like the Ferr@ri (looks around in fear) 'F1' Tranny, or the sports tranny on the Mazda Rx-8, its just a f1 inspired clutchless tranny, its where there is are 2 'paddle' shifters on the left and right side of the steering wheel (the right is normally bigger and is for up shifitng) u just pull the paddle back and let go and it switches gears, no clutch peddle. but it can also work like an automatic and just leave it in drive and it will switch gears itself, hyandais allso have a form of clutchless tranny (like alot of other cars) where u just put it in drive and then move it over to where there is a + and a - an du can switch gears that wayanother kind of clutchless tranny is the one on porsches, known as the tiptronic where instead of peddles its just a + and a - on the thumb spokes on the steering wheel. i hope this helps Matt '96 Jaguar XJ6(burgundy) '93 Dodge Stealth ES '83 Jaguar XJ6(hunter) '80 Mercedes-Benz 300CD '77 MG B soon to be mine 00-01 S2000 AUG-NOV |

MaTT869911,Thank you so much! I was so confused at what they meant there. Now I know what you are talking about. I have seen that in a few video clips of some exotics. I don't know... it looks cool, but at the same time I like a clutch with stick shift as well. I love the way the stick looks in the Gallardo, but at the same time it would be cool to be able to switch it over to automatic when you didn't feel like shifting. What is you personal opinion? Thanks again for your help!
