The Chassis has clearly been bent out of normal shape from the fire. these kind of stress on the chassis can say that the chassis is pretty much "dead".
If the new owner wants to panel beat the chassis back to its shape, it would in fact put more stress on the it and no one wants their Lamborghini to break apart on the freeway right?
i think there is gotta be a good reason for the state road safety department to say that "this car is for destruction".
