Cool video clip. What makes you think is was real? :)With regards to horse power, speed, quarter mile, and skid pad, it really depends on how you build the kit. Some go for speed and performance. Others go for looks and fuel economy. That is what makes replicas so nice. You can customize it to your specs. That is the fun of building you own. You need to understand that kits are unique. There are no two the same. It is all builder preference. Some spend more money than others. If you want to drop a V8 for the performance, it is going to cost more. If you want to spend less go with the stock Fiero V6.
The Fiero can take the abuse of a big motor. When you stretch the chassis you can add support for rigidity. The Fiero comes with 2 different 5 speed transaxles. One is made by Isuzu, and the other by Muncie (Getrag). The Isuzu is not quite as strong but is has been run with a GM 350 motor. There is so much that can e done with a replica. The sky is the limit.
