I am building a Azure replica. I need to know if there is a real market for them. I plan on selling them for $25,000. turnkey. I need to present a potential marketability for my investors. I know there have been alot of posts on this but I am interested in knowing who is really wanting one.

yea! id think there is, iv seen tons of people posting looking for bently/RR replicas. and for 25,000 i wouldnt have to think too long about buying one (if the quality was right)! just make sure u can actually build them for that price, itd be a let down to hear from ya later and see the price went from 25k to like 50k...your first customer

I have always been asking for a Bentley-Azure or a Rolls-Royce replicas, check my past post for Bentleys replicas ,and could not find a good looking car ..........so if you can produce a really great loking Azure replica I would be the first one trying to purchase the car if you are for real you can contact me at vampyrezinc@aol.com Iam a serious buyer , & for the 25k you would have alot of buyers for that car, I mean alot , because alot of poeple was looking for them ,but the builders of these cars just stoped .

SOUNDS GOOD, BUT BASED ON WHAT CHASSIS/PLATFORM, WOULD YOU CONSIDER SELLING JUST BODY PANELS AS WELL???, LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING PICTURES OF THE PLUG AND MOLDS.

Thanks for the replies. According to my costs on the build I can do this for only $25,000. Email me for a cost analysis. I will be doing most of the work myself and contracting the rest out.
By contracting it out I can have mulitple cars built at the same time.
It take the maximum of 2 months per car.
I require half down to be held by a attorney to ensure that you do have the money to pay for the car.This protects you and me.
I dont want to be shut down and sued. I have been burnt in the past.

Can anyone help me post pictures? I am not computer savy. The first three were made on cutlass supreme chassis. The latest is based on a Monti Carlo chassis.
We are planning to make the panels out of fiberglass. Then lay a thin layer of aluminum over to increace structural integrity.

Post up some pic after your done with the car. If you can make a Bentley replica is it possble to make a Nissan Skyline replica R33 on a Acura legend Chassis?.why are repilcas so expensive?! |

The Bently Azure has already been replicated. They took the mold off of a real azure (rented @$1500 a day) in Miami (I have some pictures of this). I have personally seen three. Two were complete, and one was on the shelf as a kit. This kit molds to an Oldsmobile cutlass and is stretched 11". The convertible model cutlass. Also a hardtop. About 5-6 years ago one was for sale $60K. No idea if it sold for that. The guy in miami that was building replicas ripped a bunch of people off and took off. There is one for sale now at www.tedvernon.com, if you are looking to build this replica, take it from me (I have experience in this field), It would cost you $25K to produce it. You would need to sell it for $40K to make it worth it. If you want to drive it yourself, GO FOR IT! Good Luck.

I will have one built Candy brandywine red with 22" asanti wheels and white interior with red piping. The interior has to be on point though. I don't want to be able to tell the difference between a real one and the kit car. I'll give you $40,000 if you can do it. lol Just give me some time.
