The political,judje,police(etc...) corruption here is widespread,realy big problem.
Here isn't middle society,only 95% poverty,and 5% very rich people (most of them are credit impostors and ex-politicians). The economic situation is bad for little and middle business. Bulgaria isn't big country.
Bulgaria was been under slavery of Ottoman empire more than 500 (!!!) years,but save own traditions,religion and clean language. The Turkish hordes abduct all Bulgarian beautifull young girls and boys,and then
add them into Ottoman population for his foul and unfair purposes. The Ottoman robbers slaughter Bulgarian mans,and rape the womans in front of their children.
It's different toward your writes,that the Bulgaria is ex-part of Ottoman empire!!!
Most beautifull womans lifes in Bulgaria (toward percent). If you don't believe,come here in city center and your eyes will spring out over more of Bulgarian girls. Most of them are like mannequins or better.
Bulgaria is little country,but in 1994 year,during World Football(Soccer) Cup USA'94,Bulgarian team realise 2 goals in 3 minutes and win over the World champion Germany with 2:1. (0:1 -fabrication penalty for Germany; 1:1 - great goal acomplished from Hristo Stoichkov /my fellow-citizen/; 2:1 - other great goal from Yordan Letchkov). The American public applaud for Bulgarian football team,not for German team. Why? Probably,because dislike dishonesty play...
Now Hristo Stoichkov life in Chicago,USA (it's ex-soccer club is "Chicago fire"). After World cup USA'94,Yordan Letchkov go to play in German club. The same makes (in German's First Bundesliga) and Daniel Borimirov,Krasimir Balakov,Martin Petrov,Marian Hristov and Dimitar Berbatov. Probably you know these names good.
The mean earning is 240 LEVA (about 120 EURO),but this isn't $100. 240 LEVA are $193!
The computer is invent from Bulgarian-John Atanasov. It's nickname is "The father of computer".

One of singers from popular German girl-band "No Angels" is Bulgarian. Why? She's Bulgarian,from little needy country...
All of these examples are just to show you,that the way for achievement isn't depend only on "How is rich one country". Sometimes one needy man CAN more,than more rich people together! Your writes presents Bulgaria with his worst features. I post here some of the good features,for the equipoise. :) Your wrotes are (maybe) from www.dyscovery-channel.com or other non-Bulgarian cite/source. Foreigners don't know much for Bulgaria,as I don't know much for Germany or United States. For foreigners Bulgaria is needy underdeveloped East European country. But for me,this is my country,I love it,and I know more for it,than you. I hope,you similarly love your country.
Many (rich) people in the World wish to make own exotic cars. But if they not find talent cardesigner(or haven't own talent),the result is very ugly cars,replicas,or cars with many stolen ideas from original cars.
But this isn't important for produce real incredible sports cars here in Bulgaria in the near future (few months while the first car project will be started,in my mind). As you know,one car can be done even in garage. The politicians (socialists,anticommunists,democrats),mean earning,corruption,inflation,poverty,economic position,country territory,population,etc. CAN'T BE THE FACTORS,from that depend the building of one car,if I have garage and money for materials. And,the most important-the cars will be produce for export in other countries,not for "The rich man does not buy any Replica for himself !
The needy can not buy any Replica for himself !" !!!
I will find investor/business partner some time or other,and I will show to the entire World,that I CAN create the most beautiful and awesome cars in the World!

Now,little bit for me:
I'm 24 year old Bulgarian. I have big talent (it's not a vainglory),especially for cardesign,electronics design,chassis engineering and car aerodynamics,interior styling and ergonomics,arhitecture design,console and joypad-design (videogames) etc. Also,I have a great revolutionary ideas for my own video- or computer game.
My hobbies are cardesign,3-D modelling,videogames (my lovely game conzole is SEGA DREAMCAST),cycling of mountain bike,fast motorbikes,exotic predatory cars,traveling etc. As you see,most of these hobbies aren't cheap. :( I wish to create cars,but the money are problem,especially in my country.
I don't wish to get money from anybody here. My goal is this : making of new,and new,and new cars... not just for big profit. I love cardesign,it's my life. I wish to produce many of my designs. To create min.by 10 fully new models every year (of cource,not from begining). I don't wish to receive money for my personal purposes,I wish to share half of the profit with the man/company,that believe in my talent and help me for commencement of the first car prototype and their selling in E-BUY or other place. In return of this,(except 50% profit) I will continue to work together with him/them,and will create so great designs,that we will have "little problem" with tons of orders. :) :) :) The one requirement is that-the name must be BULGARIAN,writen in cirilic,and my logo must be placed in few spots at exterior and interior. And the "design patents" muts be mine.
Or,option two-I receive step-by-step money to create my car,and after 12 months will send back the original sum+furthermore (double size). In this period I will create my first prototype and will sell them quickly. I need from about $20,000 . Any,who require to monitor the design process,is welcome in Plovdiv,Bulgaria. Here the apartments are very cheap.
I'm a person,who feel hurt easy. One instance: before half year I send few emails to F5 (Factory Five) with offer for business relations. Nobody from this company reply to me... They don't wish to say me the true in my eyes?
Now,if any from F5 send me offer,it's most likelly that I will refuse their offer!
I always reply to everybody,who send me normal(without blether) emai or request. I don't like F5's-style unconcern. They publish his email only to get people's money,maybe...
Any serious company,that wish to have good relations with their customers,would(must) reply!!!
