Hello all,

I am still currently working the F1 LM but I need some help. I have completed a tubular steel spaceframe, body mould, interior and shell, 5.3 Jaguar V12 and a quaife six speed manual.

The replica is about 47% completed but I need some other parts that I cannot find in UK, England.

To finish of the car I need a custom made windscreen, side windows and rear window.

Also the 18" OZ Racing carbon effect Chrono wheels and tyres that are similar the the F1 LM.

And also the emblems, can they be custom made? The rest of the things I can get.

Just to be safe, I am not going to post pics of the build but only the completed car when it is done (due to security reasons scince I live in UK).

If anyone is interested, please feel free to e-mail me.

Thanks.

hi, try calling uroglass on 01527 577 477, or on www.uroglass.com. they are based in worcestershire, and they are the manufacturers of the original maclaren f1 side glass. hope you find this helpful?!.

ps i tried to email you before with a few questions about your project, but not sure if you got it as i had no reply?

wrong web site for uroglas, worked extensively with them on the Jensen SV8 project, they can pretty much make any sort of automotive glass from one off's to full production support. Glad to hear they are still in business, and if Sean ever reads this forum , thanks for all your help.
cheers

Hi guys, and sorry for not posting in such a long time.

I have decided to drop the project, as I did not realise how much it would cost in the long run.

I also do not want to get in any trouble with McLaren, so this will also be a part of the reason.

I would like to thank all of you who have taken interest in my project.

Regards,

Arrowz.
