nope, the only legal importers of skylines are Motorex and RBMotoring. based on their prices, even the R32 is over $35,000. both companies are located in california but they do have "subsidiaries" on the east cost. i use quotes because they are actually independent companies which will charge you a higher price claiming to do the service themselves when they actually go to Motorex as a customer themselves and charge a mark-up on their price.there are other options such as show/race car imporing but you didnt say what you are looking to do with the car
