Hi Everyone,
Newbie here. I was curious if this is a viable endeavor.I would like to build lightweight great cornering cars as a hobby and pocket change. Is this realistic? I couldn't find anything in the search area; perhaps you regulars could help me out as I'm sure this is an old topic.
Thanks,
Barry

It's absolutelye viable. You need a million dollars worth of liability insurance, understand the DOT and EPA regs, know how to properly register the cars in all state where they will be sold, and warranty your work.

Meat.

Thanks. I would only be doing a couple a year and would probably sell locally.
