Hi there,

I recently came a cross the useful website of a relatively new UK based company, claiming to offer “The most exciting addition to the kit car scene this decade.”

www.rapidproductions.com/imrapidproductions/1070396128.jpg" border=0>
[This is the only picture of the finished product given]

*The typically Italian background gives me the impression that this is an official picture, issued by Lamborghini.

It’s a newly designed chassis, clothed in an Italian inspired bodyshell – Basically a Lamborghini Murcialago replica.

The site is by no means a definitive resource. It provides very little pictorial evidence of either the kit, or the finished car.

There is also no mention, as yet, of any interior kit available to complete the car, however, from what I have read, I would expect the build time to be colossal, i.e. no rush for the interior package!

I e-mailed the company with several queries, not made clear on the website, however they seem to be in no rush to get back to me – I have already waited over a week for a reply – perhaps this is a result of the festive period.

I would like to know if any member of these forums is in any way affiliated with the company, or indeed, if they have any further information about the product.

Thanking you in anticipation,

Martyn.

If you got it from that site the car pictured is a real murcie and not the finished kit they built. I am still waiting to see what their final product looks like.

That picture is WAY Photoshopped.

Plus, not all of the parts are from a "single donor" as they state; the transaxle sure isn't something that comes on a Jaguar.

I'd be wary. Let someone else be the guinea pig.

Your pal,
Meat.

In my opinion.. the pic is of the actuall Murcielago, Not a replica. infact when you visit the website you will see that this kit is actually the Triangle G kit. You can tell by the door frames, headlight assembly as well as the rear section particularly in the tail lights.

that picture is a real murci,.. i know,.. well because,. i've had that same photo stored on my hard drive for several months. The company is either a distributor for triangle g's murci or riped their murci off. the easiest way to tell is the front bumper. Triangle g's front bumper looks thinner and longer than the real one.

It may indeed be a real Murcielago.

But I don't think that's the background that the Murci was shot in front of.
