I found some mention of them having poor delivery and poor fit. Is this still the case? Anyone with recent experience?

I've heard that as well...in fact, I've posted it here!

However, if you're looking at a gullwing, they're just about the only game left in town. It wouldn't be a bad thing to call them up, talk to the guy, order the manual, ask to talk to some of their customers who have purchased an SL, and maybe (if you're serious) visit the shop and see what they've got goin' on down there in Florida.

Oh, and don't order their manual online. I just went to the link above, and then to the order form. It's no a secure site, and you'll be broadcasting your credit card numbers over the internet. That's bad.
