well do you have money or is this low cost project?

A company called www.heavyworld.com will make you a full size foam car from a 1/18 scale model, form around $6000. Then all you have to do is create a mould on the foam body. The problem with this type of foam model is the windows and other hardware which you have to install afterwards, you could find that you have to use a orginal screen ($$$$) or have one special made ($$$$).
It would be cheaper to make a wooden frame and make a mould on that, but it would also require a lot more work from you. It will also be easier to include a front screen of similar looks, which could come from production car, with some slighly modifications.
But you should get soem books or someone who knows what they are doing. But this will cost alot of money the fiero factory claims to a spend in excess of £50000 on their vemon and this is a few years back now.
hope this help you.

I live in Calgary, where HeavyWorld has done alot of awsome work. I have seen a few of their peices personally, like the beer tubs at Tantra and the lucky cowboy on the roof of Lucky bar during stampede. If anyone was considering this company for anything, I would have to say it would be a good idea. They do some pretty awsome work
